Tamal en Oja de Platano (banana leaf tamal): Veggie chicken cooked to perfection in a zesty tamal sauce, capers, a green olive and potatoes inside corn masa and steamed in a banana leaf!

Tamal en Oja de Maíz (corn husk tamal): Veggie chicken in a spicy tamal sauce, a black olive and potatoes wrapped inside corn masa and steamed in corn husks until just right!

Taquitos: Thick veggie chicken rolled up in a corn tortilla and fried to perfection, topped with Flacos fresh Avocado Salsa. This item can be ordered non-fried.

Enchiladas: FLACOS hand-made enchilada sauce smothered over a corn tortilla filled with delicious potatoes and sprinkled with vegan cheese and black olives.

Chalupas: Organic Russet potatoes slow-cooked till just right with soyrizo! we then put this inside a fried corn masa boat with salsa. This item can be ordered non-fried as well - with a corn tortilla.
